A tight clumping, hardy and cold tolerant heliconia with large pendulous flowers. The stems and undersides of the leaves have a white waxy coating. A great landscaping plant. Grows 2.5 to 3.5m. Full sun to part shade. Tight clumping, upright growth habit. Moist well drained soil, rich in organic matter. Flowers Winter.
