Orders and Delivery

Product Representation

The plant delivered may not exactly match the image shown on the website, as plants are living organisms that naturally vary in appearance.

Order Confirmation

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the products ordered and the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Process

Our delivery personnel will deliver your order to the specified address, contingent upon product availability and within the agreed timeframe. In the event of a product being unavailable, we will notify you promptly, and offer refund/alternate product/new delivery date.

If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the products will be left at the front door or gate, and photographic evidence of the delivery will be taken. Please be aware that you assume responsibility for any damage or theft that occurs post-delivery. Please advise any special delivery instructions on order.
